From October 2011 Aristotle University of Thessaloniki has access to the Visual History Archive of the USC Shoah Foundation. The Institute for Visual History and Education via a Freie University Berlin server. The archive may be accessed at five select workstations in the library.
The cooperation between Freie University Berlin and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki is funded by the German Academic Exchange (DAAD) financed with funds from the German Federal Foreign Office.
